Ironman Madness

imageSometimes you just get started on something that you wish would finish sooner than planned. Such is the case for the “Pacmen”, the Pacific Automation team that have entered in the Busselton Ironman on Saturday 5 December 2009.

For those that are unfamiliar with the Ironman concept, it requires the completion of a 3.8km swim, a 180km bike ride and a 42.2km run, usually by one person. Thankfully there is a teams event where one person completes each of the separate legs.

The team has been training in rain and shine for the past six months. They are looking lean and strong, well sort of, and ready for it to be over so that their usual levels of diet and exercise can resume.

We will let you know how they go in a few weeks.
